Your online orders are transmitted to us using secure technology. Also, we process the orders in a secure environment. In addition, we do not store your credit card information. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal payments, money orders, e-transfers and cashiers checks.

Halosense Warranty Policy

The SaltAir salinizer line have a full one year manufacturer warranty.  Furthermore, all our products come with a guarantee against defects in manufacturer’s materials and workmanship.

If a defect should arise and it is under the one year warranty, please contact us to obtain a return authorization before you ship. You will need to send the product back to us only together with the purchase invoice.  The customer will pay for the shipping cost one way and we will repair or replace and pay the shipping cost back to the customer. Customers located outside Canada would need to mark the package “No Duty Value” / “Warranty Return” and use national post services (US postal office) to avoid additional charges coming from the border. Please do not use UPS, DHL, Fedex or other couriers. Otherwise, use a declared value for broken units under $20 to avoid brokerage fees. If a brokerage fee would be charged we will refuse the package. Instead, we’ll ask you to send it again with the US postal service (usps).

Note: Our SaltAir devices must be functioning with the rock salt we provide you with! Otherwise, you won’t be able to use warranty. It will be seen as void. Also, we do not guarantee same health results using a different kind of salt!

Return Policy

Halosense Inc. makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact us immediately. Return the package to us within seven days. Then, a replacement will be sent.

If you have not received your order within 15 working days from the dispatch date you should contact us. If we are unable to locate the missing product, a replacement will be sent.

Refund Policy

If your purchase from Halosense Inc. is found to be faulty or unsatisfactory, please return it to us in its original condition. This means unbroken packaging, in good condition, together with all belongings, as received, within 30 days. After, you’ll receive your full refund.  Unfortunately, there is no refund for shipping and handling costs. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted for returned merchandise needing touch-ups and repackaging.

There is an exempt for the Salt Pipe Inhaler and Aerobika due to hygiene – no returns are accepted for these items!

After the 30 days money back guarantee, the one year manufacturer warranty is in effect.

Customers located outside Canada would need to mark the package “No Duty Value” / “Warranty Return” and use only national post services (USPS) to avoid additional charges coming from the border.

Shipping Policy

We ship usually within 1-3 working days and after payment is received. Your products will come from London, Ontario, Canada. We use Expedited Canada Post services (www.canadapost.ca) and UPS service (www.ups.com). Furthermore, a tracking number will be automatically provided. In the case that you would like a faster method please contact us to arrange something.

All International customers, outside Canada and USA, must contact us. That way, we can provide the correct shipping charges based on the address.

Local and International Orders

All Canadian customers will pay the GST taxes (5%) and the Ontario customers will pay in addition PST taxes (8%). The sales taxes and shipping costs are under the full responsibility of the customer.

International customers will not pay taxes. However, additional custom charges could apply. It’s important to not that  we’ve noticed our USA customers didn’t pay any additional custom charges.

Read our Halosense policy here. There are a few devices exempt for returns. The Salt Pipe Inhaler and Aerobika. Unfortunately, you can’t return them. This is due to hygiene reasons.

After the 30 days money back guarantee, the one year manufacturer warranty is in effect. Please return the product to us with proof of purchase to have the item repaired or exchanged. Then, we will ship the replacement product to you free of charge.
