In addition, we do not store your credit card information, so there is never a chance of thieves ever getting to your sensitive financial information. The online payment is done through the most secure and reliable payment transaction web site, PayPal. We are serious about data safety and privacy.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal payments, money orders and cashiers checks.

Warranty Policy

The Saltair salinizer device have a full one year manufacturer warranty. All our products come with a guarantee against defects in manufacturer's materials and workmanship. If a defect should arise, contact us and we will help to solve the problem.

If a defect should arise and it is under the one year warranty, please contact us to obtain a return authorization before you ship. You will need to send the product back to us only together with the purchase invoice.  Customer will pay for the shipping cost one way and we will repair or replace and pay the shipping cost back to the customer. Customers located outside Canada would need to mark the package "No Duty Value" / "Broken Unit" and use national post services to avoid additional charges coming from the border. Please do not use UPS, DHL, Fedex or other couriers, otherwise use a declared value for broken units under $20 to avoid brokerage fees. 

Note: The Ultrasonic Salinizer Saltair has to be used only with our provided salt for the warranty to be in effect. Using a different kind of salt will VOID the warranty! Also, we do not guarantee same health results using a different kind of salt!

Return Policy

Halosense Inc. makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact us immediately and return the package within 7 days, for a replacement to be sent.

If you have not received your order within 15 working days from the dispatch date you should contact us. If we are unable to locate the missing product a replacement will be send.

Refund Policy

If your purchase from Halosense Inc. is found to be faulty or unsatisfactory, please return it to us in its original unbroken packaging, in good condition, together with all belongings, as received, within 30 days for a full refund. Sorry, there is no refund for shipping and handling costs. A 10% handling fee will be deducted for returned merchandise.

There is an exempt for the Salt Pipe Inhaler and Aerobika due to hygiene and no refunds are accepted for these items. After the 30 days money back guarantee, the manufacturer warranty is in effect.

Customers located outside Canada would need to mark the package "No Duty Value" / "Returned Unit" and use only national post services to avoid additional charges coming from the border.

Shipping Policy

We ship usually within 1-3 working days and after payment is received. Your products will come from London, Ontario, Canada. We use Expedited Canada Post services (www.canadapost.ca) – a tracking number will be automatically provided. In the case that you would like a faster method please contact us to arrange.

All International customers, outside Canada and USA, have to contact us for the correct shipping charges based on shipping address.

Local and International Orders

All Canadian customers will pay the GST taxes (5%) and the Ontario customers will pay in addition PST taxes (8%). All sales taxes and shipping cost are the responsibility of customers.

International customers will not pay taxes but additional custom charges could apply. However, we have noticed that our USA customers did not pay any additional custom charges.
